GRANADA, NICARAGUA (01/03/09)

Waking up early in the morning we found a much quieter city covered in lots of horse poo but not a horse in sight. As usual there was a big church on the main square painted in pastel colours.

Enjoying having a quiet Sunday morning stroll.

A street seller selling fresh watermelons. Unfortunately Adam does not like watermelons and Liz is not taking any chances at the moment!

Walking through the market streets we found a traditional barbers shop. Unfortunately due to communication difficulties Adam ended up with more hair on his face than his head. On the plus side it only cost about 80p.

Feeling rather thirsty we indulged in a fresh coconut. We´re suprised anyone has any fingers left, look at the size of the machete.

Realising the fresh coconut wasn´t actually that nice.

So he opted for some local rum instead.

I don't think I have ever seen Adam-the-man without a hat on! And it's bald!
